  First time travelling to Taipei and in a country where I could not speak the language. The staff are honestly the best I could expect anywhere. With a mixture of professionalism and casualness, they went out of their way to make sure I got to my various destinations. For example, they would call my local friends and learn where I needed to go and explain to me how with written Chinese directions for me to ask to locals if I got lost. 100% very satisfied with the staff. The location is literally in the heart of Taipei (5 min walk to Main station).

  There were a few mosquitos in the rooms which I did not like and the rooms were pretty old with a mildly unpleasant smell. But for the price, I certainly believe the overall package was value for money.
